Sliquid H2O, Sassy, Silk: what changes between the bottles?
Start with base and consistency, then check compatibility.
After Hours · October 7, 2026

The short answer
H2O is water-based. Sassy is a thicker water-based gel. Silk blends a water base with silicone. These are formulation differences, not a universal ranking.
H2O: the water-based reference point
Use H2O as a starting point when comparing these three formulations. Read its current ingredient list, size options, and directions rather than assuming all water-based products are identical. A category helps narrow a choice; it does not predict everyone's preference.
Sassy: a thicker consistency
Sliquid describes Sassy as a denser, gel-like water-based formula. Its plant-cellulose proportion is higher than H2O's, changing the viscosity. That gives you a practical question: are you interested in a thicker gel? This is the manufacturer's description, not our hands-on assessment.
Silk: a hybrid formula
Silk combines a water base with silicone and emollients. If you plan to use it with a toy, consult that exact toy's lubricant instructions as well as the bottle directions. Do not assume a hybrid behaves like water alone.
Compare details, not a winner
Base, consistency, ingredients, and compatible uses are separate checks. Decide what matters to you and compare current labels and sizes. We have not tested these formulas and do not claim one produces a better experience for everybody.
Before choosing a bottle
The broader lubricant guide explains the water, silicone, and oil categories. Bring the decision back to the current formula and instructions for any condom or toy involved. Check the Happibee page for sizes and availability.
