Return Policy

🌻 Return Guidelines, Warranties, and Claims

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, untampered, undamaged, and in "brand new" condition.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

Health & Safety Restrictions:
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on adult products—including, but not limited to, pills, condoms, lubricants, toys, games, and lingerie—unless they remain in their "brand new" condition as outlined above.

Shipping Responsibilities:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items to our facility. Happibee does not provide pre-paid or return shipping labels.
  • Damage in Transit: Happibee is not liable for any returns damaged in transit. Please package your return securely, as damaged items will not qualify for a refund or credit.

Return Window:
Returns must be initiated and received within 120 days of purchase to be eligible.


🌻 Warranties and Claims

For issues with adult products such as cock rings, ball stretchers, masturbators, and vibrators, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for claims, repairs, or troubleshooting assistance. These items typically do not include warranties from either the manufacturer or Happibee due to the nature of the products.


🌻 Bundle & Save Promotion

If your order includes items purchased through the "Bundle & Save" promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the remaining items in your order. For example:

  • If you received a 10% discount for purchasing four products and return two, your discount will be reduced to 5%, based on the adjusted quantity.

🌻 Upgraded Shipping

Refunds apply to the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping fees for upgraded services (Express, Overnight, or 2-Day Shipping) are non-refundable.


🌻 International & Domestic Orders

Customers are responsible for generating and paying for return shipping labels, both for domestic and international returns. Happibee does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns.


🌻 Return Instructions

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Happi Support Team: Reach out to us to begin the process.
  2. Provide Photos: Prepare clear pictures of:
    • The packaging (polymailer, envelope, box, and shipping label).
    • The product itself.
  3. Approval Process: Once your return is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the return address. Please note: Happibee does not provide pre-paid return labels.
  4. Processing Time: Allow 24–72 hours for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility.
