Order by 3:00 PM CST, and we’ll have your package out the door that very day (standard shipping only). Once it’s on its way, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow its journey.

Free Shipping

Every USPS Ground Advantage order comes with a tracking number—because we believe in keeping you in the loop from the moment it leaves us to when it lands at your doorstep.

Where We Ship

We proudly deliver across the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and even Guam. No matter where you are, we’ll find a way to buzz on over!

Delivery Times (Free Shipping)

Most orders arrive in 2–4 business days, but during busy seasons or wild weather, it could stretch to 8 business days (or a bit longer). For our friends in Guam (GU), standard USPS mail typically takes 30–45 days—patience is key there!

FedEx Express Orders

For the speed lovers: place your FedEx Express (2-Day or Overnight) order by 1:00 PM CST, and it ships same-day. Miss that cutoff? Don’t sweat it—we might switch to another carrier to keep things moving fast.

We get it—privacy is important. That’s why we ship all orders in plain packaging: a corrugated box, polymailer, or standard FedEx/USPS envelope. On the shipping label and your credit card statement, you’ll see us listed as “THBG” for that extra layer of discretion. The only exception? If you check out with PayPal, it’ll show up as “Happibee/THBG.” Just a heads-up so there are no surprises!

🍯International Customers – What You Need to Know

Shipping across borders comes with a few extra details, and we want you to be fully informed before you buy.

Import Duties and Taxes

The price you pay for your items and shipping doesn’t include import duties, taxes, or other fees your country might charge. Those costs are on you, the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to get a sense of what to expect—better safe than surprised!

Customs Detainment or Destruction

If customs holds or destroys your order, we can’t take responsibility for that—it’s out of our hands. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for orders destroyed by customs either.

Returns from Customs

In some regions (like UAE countries), customs might send your order back to us. If that happens:

  • The original shipping cost won’t be refunded.
  • You might also see additional shipping fees for the return trip to our facility.

We’ll keep you posted if this comes up, but these are standard international shipping quirks we’ve learned to navigate over time.

🍯Return to Sender / Invalid Address

Sometimes packages come back to us—maybe the address wasn’t quite right, delivery didn’t work out, or it was refused. If that happens:

  • We’ll issue a partial refund to your original payment method, covering just the item cost.
  • The refund will be your order total minus our internal shipping expense (usually $5–$10).
  • If you upgraded your shipping, that fee isn’t refundable, and we’ll deduct our shipping costs from the refund too.

It’s not ideal, we know, but this helps us keep things running smoothly while still getting most of your money back to you.

🍯Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? If you let us know before your order ships, we can make it happen, though there’ll be a small restocking fee. Once the order’s out the door, though, we can’t stop it—our team moves fast to get things to you! Reach out as soon as possible if you’re having second thoughts.

🍯Lost or Lost After Delivery

We wish we could control every step of the shipping process, but once your package leaves our hands, it’s up to the carrier and a bit of luck. We’re not responsible for packages lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received. Here’s what you can do:

  • Double-check your delivery address when you order—accuracy is everything!
  • If something’s off (like a “delivered” package you can’t find), contact the shipping carrier directly. They’ve got the tools to track it down.
