For even faster delivery, we also offer FedEx Expedited (2-Day) and FedEx Overnight (1-Day) options at checkout, with rates based on package weight.

Note: FedEx services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, or U.S. territories. In those cases, we ship via USPS Priority Mail.

All shipping upgrades are non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled and tendered to the carrier. Upgrading your shipping method does not alter, waive, or supersede any other term in this policy, including our carrier liability, delivery confirmation, and dispute resolution terms.

Shipping Info – From Our Hive to Yours

Same-Day Shipping

Place your order by 11:00 AM CST Monday–Friday for standard shipping and it ships the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. An order confirmation email is sent immediately upon purchase, and a shipment confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order has been tendered to the carrier. These emails serve as your official record of purchase and fulfillment.

Flat Rate & Free Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We offer $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on all U.S. orders. Orders totaling $55.00 or more (after any discounts) qualify for Free Shipping automatically — no code needed. Every shipment includes carrier tracking so you can follow your package from our hive to your doorstep.

Where We Ship

We deliver across the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, and other U.S. territories.

Carrier Restrictions: FedEx services are not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, or U.S. territories. These destinations ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery Times (Standard Shipping)

Most standard shipping orders arrive in 2–8 business days once in transit. During peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather, delivery may take longer. Guam and certain territories may require 30–45 days depending on USPS transit timelines.

Important: The day your order is placed does not count as a business or transit day. Carriers typically require up to 24 hours to process and sort packages before dispatch. Transit time begins once the shipment is scanned and accepted into the carrier's network. Delivery time estimates are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Confirmation & Dispute Records

Every order placed on Happibee.com generates a timestamped order confirmation sent to the email address entered at checkout. This confirmation includes your item(s), quantities, pricing, and the shipping address as entered by you. Shipment confirmation emails include your tracking number and carrier. These records are retained and may be submitted as evidence in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge receipt of these communications and confirm the accuracy of the order details and shipping address provided.

Signature Confirmation (U.S. Only)

Worried about theft or packages left unattended? Upgrade to our Priority — Signature Required ($17.95) option at checkout for added protection. If Signature Confirmation is not selected, you acknowledge that the carrier may leave the package at your mailbox or doorstep without a signature, and that carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of completed delivery.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Happibee's fulfillment obligation is considered complete.

Return to Sender / Invalid Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of purchase. Happibee ships to the address exactly as submitted — we do not modify or correct addresses after an order is placed.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be treated as an undeliverable shipment.

  • U.S. Domestic orders: A flat $15.00 Failed Delivery Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover two-way shipping and processing costs.
  • International orders: A flat $35.00 Failed Delivery Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover international two-way shipping and processing costs.
  • All upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Refunds are processed only after the package has safely returned to our facility and been inspected.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for an order that was shipped to the address provided at checkout — and later returned due to an address error or refused delivery — is considered a dispute against a fulfilled order. We reserve the right to contest any such dispute with carrier documentation, order records, and the shipping address confirmed at checkout.

Lost, Delivered, or Carrier Issues

Once a package is marked as "Accepted," "In Transit," or "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility for the final leg of delivery rests with the carrier.

  • If tracking shows Delivered, the shipment is considered successfully completed. Carrier delivery scans are time-stamped, GPS-associated records that serve as confirmation of delivery.
  • Happibee is not responsible for theft, mailbox removal, misdelivery, or packages left unattended after confirmed carrier delivery.
  • If you are concerned about theft or porch pirates, we strongly recommend selecting the Signature Required upgrade at checkout (U.S. domestic orders only).
  • Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate investigations for packages reported as lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan.
  • In the event of a payment dispute for an order showing carrier-confirmed delivery, Happibee will submit carrier tracking records, order confirmation, fulfillment timestamps, and all available delivery documentation as evidence.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that carrier tracking confirmation — including delivery scans — serves as verification of shipment and delivery fulfillment. Chargebacks filed against orders with confirmed delivery status will be actively disputed.

International Shipping – Important Notice

We're thrilled to ship to customers around the world! Before you place your international order, please read this section carefully — it's important.

You Shop, You're Responsible for Your Country's Laws

Every country has its own customs regulations, import restrictions, and laws governing what products may legally enter. It is entirely your responsibility as the buyer to know and comply with the laws and customs regulations of your destination country before placing an order. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions on adult products, intimate items, novelty goods, and any other product categories sold on Happibee.com.

Countries including — but not limited to — Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Indonesia, Malaysia, and others may prohibit or heavily restrict the import of adult products and intimate accessories. By placing an international order containing these product types, you confirm that you have researched and verified that your order complies with your country's import laws. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs authority before ordering.

Customs Seizure, Destruction & Delays

Happibee has zero control over what customs authorities in any country choose to inspect, hold, seize, or destroy. If your package is held, seized, damaged, or destroyed by customs — for any reason, in any country — Happibee is not responsible and will not issue a refund for the product, original shipping costs, or any duties or taxes paid. This applies universally, regardless of the reason for seizure or the destination country.

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not collected by Happibee at checkout and must be paid directly to your country's customs authority before your package can be released for delivery. Refusal to pay customs duties does not entitle you to a refund.

Failed Delivery & Return Fee (International)

If your international package is returned to us due to failed customs clearance, refusal to pay import duties, an undeliverable address, or refused delivery, a flat $35.00 Failed Delivery Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover international two-way shipping and processing costs. Refunds are processed only after the package has returned to our facility in its original condition.

No Refunds for Customs-Related Issues

The following situations are entirely outside of Happibee's control and are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks:

  • Package seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities.
  • Package delayed at customs beyond estimated delivery windows.
  • Package returned to sender due to failed customs clearance.
  • Refusal to pay import duties or taxes resulting in non-delivery.
  • Products prohibited from entry by your country's laws.

By placing an international order on Happibee.com, you accept full responsibility for any customs outcome and acknowledge that Happibee fulfilled its obligation by shipping your order to the address provided. Any payment dispute or chargeback filed for the above situations will be contested with shipment documentation confirming the order was shipped as agreed.
