Shipping & delivery guide

Shipping,
without the mystery

Simple shipping, clear expectations, and a real path to help when something does not look right. Here is how we process, track, and support your order from checkout through delivery.

Same-day shipping

Order by 6:00 AM CT, Monday through Friday, and your order ships the same business day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

$8.95 flat, free over $99

Flat-rate USPS Ground Advantage on every U.S. order. Orders of $99 or more after discounts ship free, automatically.

Tracked, every time

Every shipment includes carrier tracking, and you can add Signature Required at checkout for extra protection.

Discreet packaging

We generally use plain, unbranded packaging and a generic shipping label that does not identify the products inside.

Your shipment journey

We pack it

We pick, weigh, and pack your order, prepare the shipping label from the order information on file, including any correction we were able to complete before processing, and hand the package to the carrier. Orders in by 6:00 AM CT on a business day ship that same day.

Handled by Happibee

Carrier transports it

The carrier's acceptance scan starts the transit clock. From this point the package moves through the carrier's network on the carrier's schedule; standard orders typically spend 2 to 8 business days in transit.

Handled by your carrier

Delivery

The carrier records a delivery event based on the service you selected: left at your door or mailbox for no-signature services, or released after a signature for Signature Required.

Handled by your carrier

The transit clock: four timing details worth knowing

Day 0

Order placed

The day you place your order is handling time, not a transit day. Orders in by 6:00 AM CT on a business day ship that same day.

The first scan

Acceptance can lag

After we hand your package to USPS, the first acceptance scan can take 24 hours or more, and during peak periods a package can travel for days before its first scan. A Monday shipment sometimes shows its first scan late Tuesday or on Wednesday morning. That gap is normal and does not mean your order has not shipped. FedEx 2-Day and Overnight are the exception; their clocks start right away.

The quiet days

Few scans is normal

Carriers do not scan at every step. USPS packages routinely cross the country with few or no scans, and tracking can sit quiet for several days and then jump to a facility near you, or straight to Delivered. Silence is not a sign of a problem.

Once it ships

Cancellation isn't guaranteed

To cancel an order, contact us before the 6:00 AM CT cutoff. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed; some carriers offer intercept or rerouting for eligible shipments, subject to availability, restrictions, and fees. Contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know what options, if any, are available.

Estimates, not guarantees. Delivery windows are carrier estimates. Most packages arrive inside them, and some run longer during peak seasons or weather events. If your package is well past its estimated window, contact the carrier with your tracking number and contact us; we will help open an investigation and share our shipping records.

Shipping options and rates (U.S.)

Standard, $8.95 flat

2 to 8 business days in transit

USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Free on orders of $99 or more after discounts, applied automatically with no code. No signature is collected; the carrier may leave the package at your door or mailbox.

Priority, No Signature, $14.95

2 to 4 days in transit

Your order ships with USPS Priority Mail. No signature is collected; the carrier may leave your package at your door.

Priority, Signature Required, $17.95

2 to 4 days in transit

Same fast handling, plus a required signature at delivery. Our recommendation if package theft, shared entrances, or unattended porches are a concern where you live.

FedEx Expedited & Overnight

2-Day and 1-Day options

Rates calculated by package weight at checkout. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, or U.S. territories; those destinations ship via USPS instead.

We deliver across the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, and other U.S. territories via USPS. Guam and some territories can take 30 to 45 days depending on USPS transit timelines. Shipping upgrade fees are not refundable once an order has shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Choose your delivery protection

No Signature (default)

  • The carrier may leave your package at your door, porch, or mailbox unattended.
  • No signature or photo is collected at delivery.
  • Best for secure buildings, being home during the day, or low-risk locations.

Signature Required ($17.95 Priority)

  • A person at your address signs before the carrier releases the package.
  • The signed record becomes part of your delivery confirmation.
  • Best for apartment lobbies, busy streets, porch piracy concerns, or high-value orders.

Your selection at checkout is saved on your order confirmation and printed on the shipping label. Choosing a no-signature service means choosing delivery without a signature: the carrier may leave the package unattended at your address, and no signature or photo is collected. Happibee may add signature confirmation to select orders at no extra charge to you.

Tracking looks strange?

Label created

Your label appears in tracking as soon as we print it, before the carrier's first acceptance scan. That first scan can take 24 hours or more, and longer in peak periods, so a quiet "Label Created" status usually means the package is already moving.

In transit

Carriers do not scan at every stop, and several days without a new scan is still consistent with normal movement. Packages often reappear at a facility near you with delivery a day or two later.

Delivered but missing

Check mailboxes, parcel lockers, alternate entrances, household members, and neighbors. Still missing? Contact us and the carrier so the delivery can be investigated. The full checklist is just below.

Tracking says Delivered, but you can't find it?

It happens, and this checklist resolves most cases:

  1. Check everywhere a carrier might tuck a package: all doors, the porch, mailbox, parcel locker, garage area, behind planters, with building management or a front desk, and with household members or neighbors.
  2. Give it 24 hours. Carriers sometimes record the delivery scan slightly ahead of the physical drop, and packages often appear the same or next day.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number. Carriers may have time, location, route, or other delivery records that are not visible in public tracking and can use those records when reviewing a delivery.
  4. Contact us. We will help with the investigation and share our shipping records with you or the carrier.

Two different problems take two different paths. If the carrier left your package at the wrong address, that is a misdelivery and the carrier should investigate it. If a package was delivered to your address and later taken, that is a different issue; a police report may be appropriate depending on the circumstances. The Signature Required option exists for exactly this risk, and we recommend it anywhere unattended packages are a concern.

Who can help with what?

Happibee can help with

  • Order changes or cancellations before the 6:00 AM CT cutoff
  • Address corrections requested before shipment, when feasible
  • Product questions, packing, and shipping method
  • Starting a delivery or missing-package investigation, and sharing our shipping records
  • Returned-to-sender packages, refunds, and re-shipment options

Your carrier can help with

  • Current transit scans and route status
  • Delivery timing and attempted-delivery details
  • Package hold, pickup, or redelivery options where offered
  • Delivery investigations using the carrier's available scan and location records

Your address: check it twice, we ship it once

You are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We normally create the shipping label from the address submitted with the order. If you spot a typo, contact us immediately; we may be able to correct an address before processing begins, but changes are not guaranteed after an order is submitted.

If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, whether from an invalid or incomplete address, a refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, here is what happens:

  • U.S. orders: a $15.00 Failed Delivery Fee is deducted from your refund. International orders: a $35.00 Failed Delivery Fee is deducted. These fees reflect the two-way carriage and processing costs of the round trip.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded on undeliverable or refused shipments, including flat-rate, upgraded, and international shipping, because the carriage happened in both directions.
  • Your refund is processed after the package returns to our facility and passes inspection in its original condition.
  • Refusing delivery is not a return method. Refused packages are undeliverable shipments and are handled under this section, not under our Return Policy.

International orders

Shipping and customs are two different bills, from two different parties. This is the single most misunderstood thing in international shopping, so here it is in plain terms:

Bill 1

Shipping

Paid at checkout, to Happibee

Covers the physical transport of your package from our fulfillment center to your country. It does not include, prepay, or waive charges your government applies at import.

Bill 2

Import duties, taxes & VAT

Charged on arrival, by your country's customs

Your government sets and collects these charges when the package crosses your border, and only you can pay them. Happibee never receives this money and cannot pay it for you. Your package is released for delivery after these charges are paid.

All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The shipping you paid at checkout bought transportation, not customs clearance. If customs contacts you to pay duties or provide information, that is the normal import process working as your country designed it, and responding promptly is the fastest way to receive your package.

Check your country's import rules before you order

Every country sets its own customs regulations and import restrictions. It is your responsibility as the buyer to confirm that the items in your order may lawfully be imported into your country before you place it. This especially applies to adult products, intimate items, and novelty goods.

Some destinations restrict or prohibit the import of adult products and intimate accessories, and import rules change. If you are unsure, ask your local customs authority before ordering, not after.

Customs holds, seizures, and delays

Customs decisions are made solely by your country's authorities. We cannot influence, expedite, or reverse an inspection, hold, seizure, or destruction. Because seized or destroyed goods cannot be recovered or resold, orders seized, destroyed, or blocked by destination-country law are generally not eligible for refunds, and import duties or taxes are collected by your government, not by Happibee.

A package returned to us after failed customs clearance is handled as an undeliverable shipment under the address section above, including the $35.00 international Failed Delivery Fee. Refusing to pay duties leads to non-delivery and is treated the same way.

Discreet packaging for adult products

We generally ship orders in plain, unbranded packaging with a generic shipping label that does not identify the products inside. Priority and FedEx orders may travel in standard carrier packaging.

Want to go a step further? If you would like retail packaging, branded boxes, or outer product packaging removed from adult items before shipment, contact us before your order ships. Orders placed by 6:00 AM CT ship the same business day, so ask early. We are happy to help when we can.

Packaging requests do not change the customs terms above on international orders.

Billing and your records

What your card statement shows

Charges from happibee.com appear on your card statement as Happibee. If you see a Happibee charge you do not recognize, contact us with the amount and date before opening a dispute; we can locate the order and help resolve it quickly.

The records every order creates

Every order generates a timestamped order confirmation sent to your checkout email, listing your items, pricing, shipping selection, and shipping address as entered. A shipment confirmation with your tracking number follows when your order is handed to the carrier. Orders are weighed at packing, and carriers may record additional shipment measurements or handling data in transit. We retain these records, and if a payment dispute is opened, we may provide the payment provider with relevant order, communication, fulfillment, and carrier records.

Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 6:00 AM CT, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. The carrier's first acceptance scan can take 24 hours or more after we hand the package over, so tracking may show "Label Created" for a while after your order has actually shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

U.S. orders ship for an $8.95 flat rate via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, and orders of $99 or more after discounts ship free automatically. Upgrades include Priority with No Signature ($14.95, 2 to 4 days), Priority with Signature Required ($17.95, 2 to 4 days), and FedEx 2-Day or Overnight priced by weight at checkout.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

First, check every spot a carrier might leave a package: all doors, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, and with household members or neighbors. Second, wait 24 hours, since carriers sometimes scan slightly ahead of the physical drop. Third, contact the carrier with your tracking number; the carrier may have time, route, location, or other delivery records that are not visible in public tracking and can review those records during an investigation. Fourth, contact us; we will help with the investigation and share our shipping records. For a package taken from your property after delivery, a police report is the right channel, and the Signature Required option at checkout exists to prevent exactly that risk.

Is my delivery date guaranteed?

No. Delivery windows (2 to 8 business days for standard, 2 to 4 for Priority) are carrier estimates, and peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather can extend them. If your package is well past its estimated window, contact the carrier and contact us; we will help open an investigation.

Can you change my shipping address after I order?

We normally create the shipping label from the address submitted at checkout. If you spot a typo, contact us immediately; we may be able to correct an address before processing begins, but changes are not guaranteed after an order is submitted. If a package ships to an invalid address and returns to us, the Failed Delivery Fee applies and shipping charges are not refunded, as described in this policy.

What happens if I refuse the delivery?

A refused package is treated as an undeliverable shipment, not a return. When it arrives back at our facility and passes inspection, your refund is processed minus the Failed Delivery Fee ($15.00 U.S., $35.00 international), and shipping charges are not refunded, since the carriage happened in both directions. A normal return under our Return Policy costs you less.

I already paid for shipping. Why is customs charging me more?

Because they are two different bills from two different parties. The shipping you paid at checkout covers transporting your package to your country; it does not include or prepay anything your government charges. Import duties, taxes, and VAT are set and collected by your country's customs authority at the border, and only you can pay them. All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so this applies no matter how much you paid for shipping. Paying promptly when customs contacts you is the fastest way to receive your package.

What if customs seizes or holds my package?

Customs decisions are made solely by your country's authorities, and we cannot influence, expedite, or reverse them. Orders seized, destroyed, or blocked by your country's import laws are generally not eligible for refunds, because the goods cannot be recovered. Before ordering products that may be restricted in your country, especially adult and intimate items, check your country's import rules with your local customs authority.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories?

Yes. We deliver across the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Guam, and other U.S. territories via USPS. FedEx cannot deliver to those destinations, so they ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Guam and some territories can take 30 to 45 days depending on USPS transit timelines.

Which option should I pick if I'm worried about package theft?

Priority with Signature Required ($17.95). A person at your address signs before the carrier releases the package, and the signed record becomes part of your delivery confirmation. With any no-signature service, the carrier may leave the package unattended, so signature is the right choice for apartment lobbies, busy streets, or porch piracy concerns.

My tracking hasn't updated, or still says "Shipping Label Created." Was my order shipped?

It may already be moving: a label is created before the carrier's first acceptance scan. Orders placed by 6:00 AM CT ship the same business day, and the rest ship the next business day. That first scan can take 24 hours or more, and during peak periods a package can travel for days before its first scan; a Monday shipment sometimes shows its first scan late Tuesday or on Wednesday morning. Carriers also do not scan at every step, so quiet stretches mid-transit are normal. If your package shows no movement well past the estimated delivery window, contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a search, and contact us; we will help with the investigation.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

The reliable window is before it ships, and orders move quickly: orders placed by 6:00 AM CT ship the same business day. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed; some carriers offer intercept or rerouting for eligible shipments, subject to availability, restrictions, and fees, so contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know what options, if any, are available. Otherwise, let it deliver and follow our Return Policy for sealed, unopened items. Refusing the delivery instead triggers the Failed Delivery Fee and forfeits shipping charges, which costs you more than a normal return.

Is my order discreet, on the box and on my card statement?

We generally ship orders in plain, unbranded packaging with a generic shipping label that does not identify the products inside. Your card statement shows the charge as Happibee, which is a neutral brand name that does not indicate what you ordered. If you also want retail packaging or branded boxes removed from adult items before shipment, contact us before your order ships.
