🍯 Express Shipping ($4.95 Upgrade)
Upgrade your shipping for faster delivery:
- Orders under 1 pound qualify for FedEx 2-Day Express shipping.
- Orders exceeding 1 pound will automatically switch to USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days).

Important: FedEx Express does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided, your package will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
🍯 Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- We ship to all addresses, including P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, and DPO locations.

Delivery Times: Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. However, this can extend up to 8 business days, if not more during peak periods, and when using the free shipping option.

Guam (GU): Standard USPS mail to Guam typically takes 30–45 days.
FedEx Express Orders:
- FedEx Express (2-Day or Overnight) orders placed by 1:00 PM CST ship the same day.
- Orders placed after this deadline may be switched to an alternative shipping carrier for faster delivery.
🍯Discreet Shipping & Billing (We keep your secrets): All Orders are shipped in a corrugated box, polymailer, or standard FedEx / USPS Envelope. The shipping label, and credit card statement will be billed under "HB, Inc.". The only exception to discreet billing is when using PayPal at checkout. PayPal will bill as "Happibee/HB, Inc".

Import Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to estimate these costs before purchasing.

Customs Detainment or Destruction: Happibee is not responsible for orders detained or destroyed by customs. No refunds will be issued for destroyed orders.

Returns from Customs: For certain regions, such as UAE countries, orders may be returned to our facility by customs. If this occurs:

Original Shipping Costs will not be refunded.

🍯 Return to Sender / Invalid Address
If an order is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal:
- A partial refund will be issued to the original payment method, covering the item cost only.
- The refund will be calculated as the order total minus the internal shipping cost incurred (typically $5–$10).

🍯 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests made prior to shipment are subject to a restocking fee. Once the order has shipped, cancellations can no longer be processed.
🍯 Lost or Lost After Delivery
Happibee is not responsible for packages lost or lost after delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery addresses and information.
- For inquiries regarding a package marked as lost or delivered but not received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
