Priority Shipping – Get It Faster ($7.95 Upgrade)

Want your order sooner? Upgrade to Priority Shipping for just $7.95. Here’s what you get:

  • Faster Processing: Your order jumps to the front of the line.
  • Orders under 1 pound: Delivered via FedEx 2-Day Express.
  • Orders over 1 pound: Shipped with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (typically 2–4 business days, up to 5 in peak times like holidays).

Note: FedEx Express doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, so we’ll use USPS Priority Mail instead if needed. This upgrade is non-refundable, even if you return items, as you’ve already enjoyed the faster service!

We’re thrilled to ship your order quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about processing, tracking, delivery times, and where we ship:

Same-Day Shipping

Place your order by 3:00 PM CST Monday–Friday for standard shipping, and it ships the same day. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once it’s on its way.

Free Shipping

All USPS Ground Advantage orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Where We Ship

We deliver across the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Guam. No U.S. location is too far for our buzz!

Delivery Times (Free Shipping)

Most orders arrive in 2–4 business days, but during peak seasons, holidays, or bad weather, it may take up to 8 business days or longer. For Guam (GU), expect 30–45 days via standard USPS mail.

FedEx Express Orders

For FedEx Express (2-Day or Overnight), order by 1:00 PM CST for same-day shipping. If missed, we may use another carrier to maintain speed.

Happibee Delivery Time

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates based on carrier performance and don’t include processing time. We’re not liable for carrier delays, but we’ll help track if needed!

Discreet Shipping and Billing – Your Privacy Matters

Privacy is key! We ship in plain packaging: corrugated boxes, polymailers, or standard FedEx/USPS envelopes. Your shipping label and credit card statement will show “THBG” for discretion. For PayPal, it appears as “Happibee/THBG.” No product details or branding on the outside – your secret’s safe with us!

International Customers – What You Need to Know

Shipping internationally? Here’s the full scoop to avoid any buzzkills:

Import Duties and Taxes

Item and shipping prices don’t include import duties, taxes, or fees from your country – those are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office beforehand to estimate costs and ensure smooth delivery.

Customs Detainment or Destruction

If customs holds, damages, or destroys your order, we can’t be responsible or issue refunds. It’s a risk of international shipping, so verify your country’s regulations before ordering.

Returns from Customs or Invalid Addresses

In areas like UAE countries, customs may return packages. If this happens:

  • Original shipping costs aren’t refunded.
  • You may incur additional fees for the return shipment to us.

We’ll notify you if your package is returned, but these are standard international shipping policies. Delivery times vary by country and carrier, often 7–21 business days, but can be longer due to customs processing.

Return to Sender / Invalid Address

If your package is returned due to an invalid address, refused delivery, or failed attempts:

  • We’ll issue a partial refund for the item cost only.
  • Deduct our internal shipping expense ($5–$10 typically).
  • Upgraded shipping fees aren’t refunded, and we deduct related costs.

To avoid this, double-check your address at checkout. If returned, we’ll process the refund once the package arrives back at our facility.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? Contact us before your order ships for cancellation, though a small restocking fee applies. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible – our team processes quickly! Refunds for cancellations are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Lost or Lost After Delivery

We’re not responsible for packages lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received. Here’s how to handle it:

  • Verify your shipping address accuracy at checkout.
  • If “delivered” but missing, contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) directly – they can investigate with GPS data or photos.

For lost packages, file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number. We’ll provide any needed info from our end, but refunds or reships aren’t guaranteed for carrier issues. Consider adding insurance for high-value orders!
