Start with flexible long sleeves and pants, grippy closed-toe footwear, and a properly fitted paintball mask supplied or approved by your field. Ask what the rental package includes before buying equipment or paint.
Dress for movement
Choose clothes you can crouch and bend in, suited to the forecast and terrain. Bring a spare outfit for the trip home. Gloves can make crawling and handling equipment more comfortable; ask the venue about its requirements.
The mask stays on
Keep your paintball-rated full-face mask on throughout the playing area, including after a game. If it fogs or you need help, call a referee. Keep the barrel cover fitted in designated safe areas and follow the field briefing.
Ask these before you book
What is included in the rental? Is paint included, and how much? Does the field require its own paint? What age rules, waivers and supervision requirements apply? Can you refill air on site? Get the total session cost before comparing packages.
Choose the experience before the equipment
A first rental day tells you more than a shopping cart full of guesses. Ask the field which paintball size its markers use. Do not assume different calibers are interchangeable. Happibee’s coverage can help you prepare even when paintballs are not currently stocked.
