Buzzing with fairness! Every order leaves our hive brand new, factory sealed, and untouched. Here is exactly how returns work, in plain honey-sweet language.

Opened means owned. The moment product packaging is opened, the sale is final. Attached tags do not undo an opened package. There are no exceptions, and this applies to every product in the hive.

Why our hive works this way

Happibee runs on everyday low prices. We charge no membership fee, and we never run sales. You do not need to wait for Black Friday to get a good deal here, because retailers that run constant sales typically inflate their everyday prices just to mark them down later. Our price today is our best price, all year round, and stacking items with Bundle & Save pushes your price close to wholesale. We also never inflate prices to quietly cover the cost of returns. Big-box retailers fund their flexible return programs somewhere, whether through annual membership fees or prices padded with return costs, and then resell many of those returns. Happibee does neither: we never restock or resell a returned item. That is a promise with three sides:

  • You always get the lowest price we can offer, on every product, every day, with no membership required.
  • You always receive a factory-new product that no other customer has ever opened, tried on, or touched.
  • You never subsidize other shoppers' returns through hidden costs baked into your price.

The trade is simple and fair: we keep prices low, and opened products stay sold. How this applies to what you bought

Clothing & Apparel

Trying it on counts as wearing it. Once clothing, lingerie, bralettes, caps, or any apparel is removed from its packaging or has touched a body, it cannot return to the hive. There is no "I only tried it on for a second" exception, because we never resell worn items to the next customer, and neither should any store. Attached tags do not change this.

Before you buy: every apparel listing includes the manufacturer's official size chart, published exactly as the manufacturer provides it. Compare its actual measurements (chest, waist, hips, length) to a similar garment you own, not just the letter on the tag. Sizing questions? Ask us first!

Sunglasses & Eyewear

A quick try-on in the mirror counts as use. Sunglasses can only be returned factory sealed in their original, unopened packaging. Once the packaging is opened and the glasses come out, the sale is final.

Before you buy: every listing shows frame width, lens width, and bridge measurements. Compare them to a pair you already love.

Adult & Intimate Products

Our strictest category, for health and hygiene. Lubricants, arousal oils, pills, condoms, toys, cock rings, ball stretchers, vibrators, masturbators, lingerie, and anything that makes contact with the body are final sale once opened or used, even once. No refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges. This is standard practice across the entire adult retail industry, including every major retailer.

Toys have a natural lifespan and are not indestructible. If a product breaks or underperforms after use, the manufacturer handles all warranty claims, and we are happy to point you their way.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

Sealed product only. Packs, boxes, tins, and cases are final sale the moment any seal or shrink wrap is broken. The contents of sealed product are randomized by the manufacturer, so pull results, card conditions inside sealed packs, and market price changes are never return reasons.

Buying sealed product is buying the seal. We ship it exactly as the manufacturer sealed it.

Gaming Consoles & Electronics

Factory sealed to return, no exceptions. Once a console, device, or accessory is unboxed, powered on, or registered, it is final sale. A defect discovered after opening is a manufacturer warranty claim, and every console and electronic device we sell carries one.

Manufacturer warranty support is faster and better equipped than any retailer return, and it is included with your purchase.

Everything Else in the Hive

Same rules, every aisle. Fishing tackle, hobby paints and modeling supplies, beauty products, wellness items, and all other categories: sealed and brand new within 120 days is returnable. Opened is final sale.

One policy for every product keeps things fair for every customer.

Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Item? Stop Before You Open It!

If anything about your delivery looks off, an item seems wrong, something appears missing, or the package arrived damaged, follow these two steps before opening any product packaging:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking, using our contact page with your order number.
  2. Send clear photos of the unopened product (front and back labels), all contents received, all sides of the shipping box or mailer, and the shipping label.

These photos let us verify your claim against our packing records and the carrier's records, file carrier damage claims on your behalf, and make things right fast. Opening a product confirms you received the correct item in acceptable condition. Claims reported after opening or use, reported outside the 5-day window, or submitted without photos cannot be verified and cannot be honored.

A note on transit damage: when a carrier damages a package, the carrier itself documents it. Tracking shows a damage or handling exception, and damaged mail is typically delivered repackaged or with a carrier notice, such as the USPS "We Care" apology insert. Real shipping damage also leaves matching evidence on the shipping box, the mailer, and the product packaging together, which is exactly why we ask for photos of everything before anything is opened, and why every damage claim is verified against the carrier's own tracking and handling records. Damage that appears only on a product after it has been opened or used is not shipping damage, and is handled under the return conditions on this page.

A note on missing items: every Happibee order is weighed when it is packed, and carriers record the package weight again as it travels. Those weight records show exactly what left our warehouse and what arrived at your door, and every missing-item claim is checked against them, item by item, as the first step of our review.

The fine print, honey-clear

What "unopened and brand new" means, exactly

To qualify for a refund, a product must arrive back at our hive unused, unopened, untampered, undamaged, and in brand-new condition with all original packaging intact, exactly as it left us.

"Unopened" means the product packaging has never been opened, unsealed, or accessed in any way. Removing an item from its packaging to inspect, try on, compare, hold up, test, or examine, even briefly, means it is no longer unopened. Resealing packaging does not restore it. Attached tags do not restore it. If the seal has been broken, the sale is final.

Return window: a generous 120 days

You have 120 days from your purchase date to initiate your return and get the item back to us. That is roughly four months, far longer than most retailers offer. Returns received after 120 days cannot be accepted.

Return shipping: your cost, your carrier, your care
  • All returns require approval first. Follow the steps in "How to Start a Return" before shipping anything. Packages sent back without approval, or refused at delivery and bounced back to us, are not approved returns; they cannot be matched to your order reliably and may be delayed or denied.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by you. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and we never advertise free returns. Any third-party ad or listing claiming otherwise was not created by Happibee and does not override this policy.
  • Pack it like honey in glass. A return that arrives damaged, crushed, leaking, opened, or incomplete no longer meets return conditions and will not be refunded, no matter what caused the damage. Any transit damage claim is between you and the return carrier you chose, which is exactly why we recommend a sturdy box, generous cushioning, tracking, and insurance.
  • This applies equally to domestic and international orders. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes on international orders are collected by your country's customs authority and are not refundable by Happibee.
Inspection on arrival: we check everything

Every return is inspected by our team against the conditions above. If the product shows any sign of being opened, used, tried on, worn, handled, resealed, or tampered with, or if it was damaged in transit on its way back to us, the return is denied and no refund is issued. Denied items are shipped back to you at your expense, or disposed of after 30 days if return shipping is not arranged. Approved returns are processed within 24 to 72 hours of inspection.

What gets refunded (and what does not)
  • Refunds go to your original payment method only. Once an approved return passes inspection and we process the refund (24 to 72 hours), your bank or card issuer typically takes 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account. That posting time is controlled by your bank, not by Happibee.
  • Refunds cover the product only. Original shipping fees (Ground Advantage, Priority, Express, FedEx, and all others) are not refundable.
  • Bundle & Save math: bundle discounts are earned by the number of items in an order, so returning part of a bundle recalculates the whole order at the discount tier for the items you keep, and your refund is the difference. Worked example: four items at $20 each is $80, and with the four-item 10% discount you paid $72. You return one item. The three items you keep now qualify for the three-item 7% discount, pricing them at $55.80, so your refund is $72 minus $55.80, which is $16.20. You keep every discount you still qualify for, no more and no less.
  • There is no restocking fee on approved returns.
Warranties and defects: the manufacturer is your expert

Here is what Happibee backs, 100 percent: that you receive the exact item you ordered, brand new, factory sealed, and delivered to you. That is the retailer's job, and if we ever fall short of it, we make it right through the steps on this page.

What happens inside the product is the manufacturer's job. Every product we ship goes out factory sealed, exactly as the manufacturer packaged and quality-checked it. We never open, alter, repackage, or handle the product inside, so a manufacturing defect, if one exists, was sealed in at the factory and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This is the same division you already know from cars: the dealership sells you the car, but the engine is covered by the automaker's warranty. One is the seller, the other is the builder, and each backs their own work.

So if a product malfunctions, breaks, wears out, or underperforms once opened or used, in any category, contact the manufacturer directly with your Happibee order confirmation as proof of purchase. We are always happy to point you their way with contact details. Manufacturers inspect and verify claimed defects against the product itself, and damage caused by use, force, or wear, such as tears, stretching, or breakage, is not a manufacturing defect. Describing a product as "defective" does not change any of the return conditions on this page.

Frequently asked questions

Can I return clothing I tried on?

No. Trying on counts as wearing. Once apparel is removed from its packaging or has touched a body, it is final sale, even with tags attached. We never resell worn clothing, which is how we guarantee every customer receives a brand-new, untouched garment. Please use our size charts before ordering, and ask our support team any sizing question before you buy.

I used the size guide and the item still does not fit. Can I return it?

If the item is still sealed and unworn in its original, unopened packaging, yes, within 120 days. If it has been tried on or removed from its packaging, no. The size charts on our listings are created and published by each manufacturer, not by Happibee, and we display them exactly as the manufacturer provides them. Sizing standards genuinely vary between brands, cuts, and fabrics, which is why we recommend comparing the chart's actual measurements to a similar garment you own before ordering. A garment that fits differently than you expected is not defective and is not misrepresented, and fit preference does not change the return conditions on this page.

The product I received is defective. Can I get a refund or replacement?

Every product ships factory sealed, exactly as the manufacturer packaged and quality-checked it. Happibee never opens, alters, or repackages products, so a manufacturing defect is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by a Happibee refund. Two paths: if something looks wrong on arrival, follow the Wrong, Missing, or Damaged steps within 5 days and before opening. If a product malfunctions or breaks once opened or used, contact the manufacturer with your Happibee order confirmation as proof of purchase; they inspect and verify claimed defects against the product itself. Damage caused by use, force, or wear, such as tears, stretching, or breakage, is not a manufacturing defect. Describing a product as defective does not change these conditions.

Can I return sunglasses after trying them on?

No. Even a quick try-on counts as use. Sunglasses are returnable only when factory sealed in their original, unopened packaging within 120 days of purchase.

Can I return an opened adult or intimate product?

No. All intimate and adult products are final sale once opened or used, even once, for health and hygiene reasons. No refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges are issued for opened intimate products. This is standard across the entire adult retail industry.

Do you offer free returns or prepaid return labels?

No. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Happibee does not advertise free returns anywhere, and any third-party ad or listing claiming otherwise was not created by Happibee and does not override our posted policy.

What if I received the wrong item, a damaged item, or something is missing?

How long do I have to return an eligible item?

120 days from the purchase date to initiate and complete the return, meaning the item must arrive back at Happibee within that window in unopened, brand-new condition.

My product broke or stopped working after I used it. Can I get a refund?

No. Happibee is a retailer and does not cover products that break, wear out, or underperform after use. Warranty claims, defects, and troubleshooting are handled by the manufacturer, and we are happy to provide their contact information.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return (sealed, unopened, within 120 days), the fastest path is to place a new order for the size or item you want right away so it does not sell out, then return the original for a refund following the steps above. Each transaction stays clean and simple, and you get the replacement faster.

Do you run sales, or adjust prices after I buy?

Neither. Happibee never runs sales or promotions, so there is no Black Friday, no coupon codes, and no waiting for a better deal. Our everyday price is our best price, all year round, because we do not inflate prices just to mark them down later. For the same reason, we do not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments. The price at the time of your order is final.

How is my refund calculated if I return part of a Bundle & Save order?

Bundle & Save discounts are earned by the number of items in an order, so a partial return recalculates the whole order at the discount tier for the items you keep, and your refund is the difference. Example: four items at $20 each is $80, and with the four-item 10% discount you paid $72. Return one item, and the three you keep now qualify for the three-item 7% discount, pricing them at $55.80. Your refund is $72 minus $55.80, which is $16.20. You keep every discount you still qualify for. As with all returns, only sealed, unopened items within 120 days are eligible.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. Approved returns have no restocking fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

A note on payment disputes

Happibee documents every order from checkout to doorstep: the product listing as shown at the time of purchase, your order confirmation, recorded package weights, carrier tracking with delivery confirmation, and all customer communications. We respond to every payment dispute and chargeback with this complete documentation and the Return Policy that was posted at the time of the order. Happibee also reserves the right to decline future orders associated with fraudulent claims or payment disputes filed in violation of this policy. If something is ever wrong with your order, contacting our support team first is always the fastest and friendliest path to a resolution.
