Condition for Returns – Keep It Fresh!

For a refund, all products must return in their original packaging: unused, unopened, untampered, undamaged, and sparkling "brand new." This applies to everything – sunglasses (even a quick try-on counts as used!), clothing (including bralettes, lingerie, and intimates), gaming consoles, accessories, TCG cards, or adult items. Opened or used? Sorry, no returns – it's about fairness and hygiene for all our shoppers!

To be clear: "unopened" means the product packaging has not been opened, unsealed, or accessed in any way. Removing an item from its packaging to inspect, try on, compare, hold up, or examine – even briefly – means it is no longer in unopened, brand-new condition. Tags being attached does not restore an item to unopened status once the packaging has been opened.

Health, Safety and Adult Product Restrictions – Safety First!

Health and safety rules are strict for adult products like pills, condoms, lubricants, toys, games, or lingerie: returns only if "brand new." Once opened or used – even once – no returns or refunds. A note on sex toys (cockrings, vibrators, ball stretchers, masturbators, etc.): they have a natural lifespan and aren't indestructible! Follow care instructions (gentle cleaning, proper storage) to extend their buzz. If it breaks after use, even once, no replacement or refund from us. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions: unused, unopened, untampered, undamaged, and in brand-new condition with all original packaging intact.

If the product shows any signs of being opened, used, tried on, worn, handled, resealed, or tampered with, the return will be denied and no refund will be issued. The item will be returned to you at your expense, or disposed of after 30 days if return shipping is not arranged.

Happibee is a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not provide warranties, guarantees of product performance, or coverage for any products that break, wear out, or underperform after use. This applies to all products we carry – adult items, clothing, sunglasses, gaming devices, accessories, and everything else in the hive.

Got a Bundle and Save deal? Returning part of it means we adjust the refund based on what you keep. For example: 10% off for four items, return two? Your refund reflects the 5% discount for the remaining two. Fair and balanced, like a bee on a bloom!

Upgraded Shipping – Speedy but Sticky!

Refunds cover items only – shipping fees (Ground Advantage, Priority, Express, FedEx, etc.) aren't refundable. You got that speedy delivery, so it stays!

International and Domestic Orders – Global Fairness!

Whether in the U.S. or abroad, you're responsible for return shipping costs and labels – same rules for all our global friends. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable by Happibee – these are collected by your country's customs authority, not by us.
