What gets published (and the few things that don't)

Positive or critical, glowing or brutal, your honest product review gets published. A small set of content standards keeps the review space genuine and useful, and they are applied the same way to every review regardless of its rating. We may decline or remove a review that contains:

  • Profanity, obscenity, explicit wording or imagery, hate speech, harassment, or threats.
  • Personal or private information about any person.
  • Spam, advertising, links, or content unrelated to the product.
  • Content not based on a genuine purchase or use of the product.
  • False statements of fact, such as counterfeit accusations contradicted by our sourcing and distributor records. We buy exclusively from manufacturers and authorized distributors, and we keep the paperwork.
  • Content solely about shipping carriers, delivery timing, or customer service, with nothing about the product itself. Product reviews are for products, and this applies equally whether the feedback is praise or a complaint.
  • Reviews posted or held as leverage in a demand for payment, a refund, or free product outside our posted policies.

The star average on every product page is calculated from every published review of that product, the ones we love and the ones that sting alike.

One practical note: reviews are the wrong tool for solving a problem, because we may not see them quickly. If something is wrong with your order or delivery, the Happi Support Team is the fast path to an actual fix, and our Shipping Policy and Return Policy explain exactly how resolutions work. We chose it because verified-only reviews protect you from the fake-review problem that plagues online shopping.

  • Want us to handle it? Reach the Happi Support Team with your order number and email address, and we will remove you from review requests.
Can I edit or remove my own review?

Yes. Contact the Happi Support Team with your order number and the product, and we will help you update or remove your review. Your words stay yours.

Spotted a review that seems fake or violates the guidelines?

Tell us through the contact page with a link to the product and the review text. We investigate every report against the content standards above and our purchase records, and we act only on what the evidence shows, never on whether the review is flattering.

Will my name appear on my review?

Reviews display the name you choose when submitting, and most reviewers use a first name with a last initial. If you would prefer a different display name on a review, especially for purchases from our more private departments, the Happi Support Team can update it for you. Your honest take helps the hive either way, and your privacy comes first.

Are any reviews paid or incentivized?

No review on Happibee.com is purchased, and no reviewer is compensated based on what they write. If we ever offer a small thank-you for taking the time to leave a review, the reward will never depend on the review being positive or negative, and any such review will be clearly labeled as incentivized. A five-star review and a one-star review earn exactly the same thanks.

Does Happibee respond to reviews?

Sometimes, and always in public where everyone can read it. If a review raises a question or gets a fact wrong, a factual public reply is our preferred answer to criticism. What you will never see is a review quietly disappearing because it stung.
