Product safety & warnings
Safety information can vary by item. Use this page as general guidance, then review the product listing, physical label, packaging, inserts, and instructions for the exact product you received. If those sources conflict or something looks wrong, pause before use and contact us.
Confirm the product, size, model, flavor, material, quantity, or other identifying details match what you ordered before opening or using it.
Review warnings, directions, ingredients, materials, age guidance, charging information, storage instructions, and other product-specific information before use.
Do not use an item that appears damaged, leaking, swollen, overheated, tampered with, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe until the concern is resolved.
Keep packaging, labels, model or lot information, inserts, and proof of purchase while you evaluate the product or if a safety, defect, or recall question arises.
California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65 requires warnings for certain exposures to chemicals on California’s Proposition 65 list when the law’s warning requirements apply. Not every product requires a Proposition 65 warning, and the presence of a warning does not mean a product violates a safety or health standard.
Product-specific Proposition 65 warnings may appear on a product page, product label or packaging, or another pre-purchase location depending on the item and the warning information associated with it. Warning wording can vary with the chemical, exposure, product, and applicable regulation.
Review ingredients, allergens, serving or use directions, warnings, storage conditions, seals, and expiration or best-by information where provided. If a product causes an unexpected reaction, stop using it and seek medical advice as appropriate.
Use the specified power source, charger, and battery type. Keep electrical products away from conditions the instructions prohibit, and stop use if a battery swells, leaks, overheats, smells unusual, or the device or cord is visibly damaged.
Keep products with ingestion or choking hazards away from children and pets as directed by the product warning. Swallowed magnets or button batteries can be medical emergencies; seek immediate professional guidance if ingestion is suspected.
Follow the product’s intended-use, hygiene, cleaning, material-compatibility, storage, and inspection instructions. Adult-use products should be used only by adults and discontinued if damage, irritation, or another safety concern develops.
Read ventilation, flammability, skin/eye-contact, protective-equipment, storage, and disposal instructions on the exact product. Do not assume two paints, thinners, cements, aerosols, or adhesives have the same precautions.
If you have a known sensitivity to a fiber, metal, latex, fragrance, adhesive, coating, or other material, review the available material information before use. Follow temperature, moisture, sunlight, and storage limits provided with the product.
Recalls & safety notices
If an official recall or safety notice applies to a product you own, follow the instructions in that notice. A recall may call for stopping use, repair, replacement, refund, disposal, or another remedy depending on the product and hazard.
Do not continue using a recalled product merely because older packaging or instructions do not mention the later recall.
Something does not look right?
Contact us before use when a safety-relevant detail appears inconsistent, missing, damaged, or suspicious—for example, a broken safety seal, unexpected product or model, missing instructions, visible damage, leaking or swelling, or a warning that does not match the product you received.
Product information can come from labels, packaging, manufacturer or distributor data, and the product listing. Safety-relevant details can change when packaging or formulations are updated.
If the product you receive materially conflicts with the listing or a safety statement appears inconsistent, do not guess which version applies. Pause before use and contact us with the order number, product, and the conflicting information.
If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, review the ingredient or material information available on the exact product before use. This may include foods, supplements, cosmetics, topical products, fragrances, adhesives, metals, latex, fibers, plastics, coatings, or other materials.
When complete composition, testing data, or technical certification is needed, the manufacturer may have more detailed product-specific information. Happibee support can also help identify the product and the information associated with your order.
Information on Happibee.com is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If a health condition, medication interaction, pregnancy, allergy, sensitivity, or other medical circumstance affects whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
If a product causes an unexpected reaction, stop using it and seek medical care or advice appropriate to the situation. For a serious or rapidly worsening reaction, seek urgent medical assistance.
Follow the included charging and operating instructions. Use the specified voltage, battery type, charger, cable, and power source. Do not continue using electrical equipment with damaged cords, exposed wiring, swelling, leaking, unusual heat, smoke, or odor.
Keep batteries and electronic devices away from fire, puncture, crushing, and environmental conditions prohibited by the manufacturer. Dispose of or recycle batteries according to the product instructions and applicable local rules.
Follow all choking and ingestion warnings and keep hazardous components away from children and pets as directed. If a magnet, coin battery, button battery, or other hazardous component is swallowed or suspected to have been swallowed, seek immediate professional medical guidance.
Adult-use and intimate-wellness products should be used only as intended and according to the product instructions. Follow applicable hygiene, cleaning, drying, material-compatibility, lubrication, charging, storage, and inspection guidance.
Stop using a product if it becomes damaged, develops sharp or rough areas, changes unexpectedly, or causes irritation or another safety concern.
Modeling, craft, paint, thinner, cement, adhesive, cleaner, and aerosol products can differ significantly in ventilation, flammability, contact, protective-equipment, storage, and disposal requirements. Read the exact label and any safety information supplied with that formula.
Keep these products away from ignition sources where directed and use ventilation or protective equipment when the manufacturer instructs you to do so.
If an item appears wrong, damaged, or defective when it arrives, contact Happibee promptly and preserve the item and packaging. For issues that arise later, troubleshooting or a manufacturer warranty may be an appropriate path for some products.
Warranty terms are determined by the applicable warranty provider. Nothing here limits a remedy that applicable law requires the seller to provide. See our Return Policy for the distinction between voluntary returns and product problems.
Recalls and safety notices can be issued after a product was manufactured or sold. Match the exact brand, model, lot, UPC, date code, or other identifiers in the notice before assuming it applies to your item.
If it does apply, follow the remedy and stop-use instructions in the official notice. CPSC and FDA maintain public recall information for products within their respective areas of responsibility.
Use the Contact page for a product-specific safety question. Include the product name, order number if applicable, model or UPC when available, and the exact warning, material, ingredient, or condition you are asking about.
For detailed chemical composition, laboratory testing, or technical certification that is controlled by the manufacturer, we may direct you to the manufacturer or other source that maintains that information.
