California Proposition 65
An exposure warning is not a universal product-safety verdict.
California Proposition 65 requires warnings for certain exposures to chemicals on California’s Proposition 65 list when the law’s warning requirements apply. Not every product requires a Proposition 65 warning, and the presence of a warning does not mean a product violates a safety or health standard.

Small parts, magnets & button batteries
Keep products with ingestion or choking hazards away from children and pets as directed by the product warning. Swallowed magnets or button batteries can be medical emergencies; seek immediate professional guidance if ingestion is suspected.
Adult & intimate wellness
Follow the product’s intended-use, hygiene, cleaning, material-compatibility, storage, and inspection instructions. Adult-use products should be used only by adults and discontinued if damage, irritation, or another safety concern develops.
Hobby paints, adhesives & chemicals
Read ventilation, flammability, skin/eye-contact, protective-equipment, storage, and disposal instructions on the exact product. Do not assume two paints, thinners, cements, aerosols, or adhesives have the same precautions.
