Does it numb?
No. Despite sitting beside the desensitizers on the shelf, there is no anesthetic in it at all. For numbing you want the A-Play Desensitizing Gel instead.
Can I use it with condoms or gloves?
Not latex ones. The oil base breaks latex down, so latex condoms and gloves are out; nitrile gloves are fine. If you need a barrier, pick a water-based product.
Will it wash out?
With soap and warm water, though it takes more scrubbing than a water-based product and it will mark fabric. Put a towel down before you start.
