Read the supplied instructions before connecting, filling or inflating the system. Check the pumps and release valves before use. Follow the manufacturer's placement instructions, keeping the outer balloon outside the body. Do not exceed the supplied inflation limits or use a stated retention capacity as a recommended fluid volume. Stop for pain, cramping or bleeding, and seek medical help if symptoms persist. Fully deflate before removal. Clean and dry all components as directed.

How is this different from an enema bulb or syringe?

A bulb or syringe dispenses liquid. This attachment adds inflatable balloons to help retain it and needs a separate liquid supply. Its two hand pumps control air, not the flow of the rinse.

What do I need to connect it to?

CleanStream lists the Water Bottle Cleansing Kit, Water Bottle Douche Kit and In-Line Accelerator Bulb as compatible, and describes use with an enema bag system. Follow the supplied connection instructions. A bag or other liquid supply is not included.

Do both balloons go inside?

No. The larger balloon is the internal section; the smaller balloon stays outside to help form the seal. Follow the placement instructions supplied with your unit.

How much should I inflate it?

Follow the instructions supplied with your unit. Published maximum dimensions are product limits, not inflation targets. Never overinflate or force the nozzle, and fully deflate it before removal.
