Sta-Erect or Prolonging?
They numb the same way. Sta-Erect adds a pheromone compound to the spray; Prolonging adds Panax ginseng instead. If neither addition interests you, choose on price and format rather than expecting a difference in the delay itself.
Cream or spray?
A spray meters itself and dries fast, which makes it easier to apply without transferring much. A cream lets you place it precisely on the head and frenulum, where most of the sensitivity is. The sample packet is the cheapest way to find out which suits you.
How long before it works?
Follow the interval printed on your carton, since it differs between formats and Doc Johnson prints it per product. Applying and starting immediately is the most common mistake with delay products; they need time on the skin.
