How much length does it add?
One inch from the sleeve's built-in tip. Add the separate insert for three, or trim that insert as instructed for two. You set it once and it stays.
How do I trim it?
Measure with the included fitting guide, take the sleeve off, and cut a little at a time from the base, trying it between cuts. Never cut it while wearing it, and remember ULTRASKYN doesn't grow back. Scissors aren't included.
Does it make me permanently bigger?
No, and nothing worn does. The size is real while the sleeve is on and gone when it comes off, which for most buyers is the point: instant size for a session, with nothing to train, pump or wait for.
What does the wearer feel through it?
Less than bare, since there's a layer between you and everything else. Some people choose an extender partly for that, since reduced sensation tends to stretch a session out.
How do I clean and store it?
Turn it inside out and wash with warm water and mild soap after every session, dry it completely, then apply the supplied refresh powder and store it on its own. ULTRASKYN is porous, so drying it properly is what makes it last.
