Only the colors. Same mold, same platinum silicone, same size.
What size is it?

Balls-T or Neo Short?
Balls-T is lower and wider inside; Neo Short is taller with a smaller bore. Balls-T for the lightest start. Remove immediately at any pain, numbness, coldness or change in skin color.
