How to Use

Stretch one ring wide between your fingers and let it close at the base, or on the sack. Add a second stacked against it only when the first feels easy. Never force it. Remove at any pain, numbness, coldness or color change. Wash in warm soapy water, air dry, store separately.

Ringer is the thin original; MAX is the same three-pack with thicker rings and a firmer hold. Start here if you have never worn a ring, go to MAX if thin rings feel like nothing.

What is the Night Black set?

The same three rings in a rubber with silicone blended in, smoother and a little softer than the standard FLEX-TPR sets.

What is the inner size?

Inner circumference about 2 inches unstretched, which is small on purpose; FLEX-TPR opens many times that. Not a fit chart. Remove immediately at any pain, numbness, coldness or change in skin color.

How do I clean them?

Warm soapy water, air dry, store together apart from other toys. Porous; one person.
