Extra Strength (4.4 oz spray gel and 8.25 oz): Active: Lidocaine 3.5%. Each version carries its own inactive panel; refer to the label of the version you select.
How to Use
Follow the directions and warnings supplied with the selected version, including application location, quantity and frequency. Do not exceed the labeled directions or use reduced sensitivity as a reason to continue through discomfort.
Common Questions
Original or Extra Strength: which should I choose?
Original carries 2% lidocaine, the lower strength for easing into anal play. Extra Strength carries 3.5% for stretching and larger toys. If you've never used a desensitizer, start with Original; concentration alone doesn't predict how either will feel for you.
Is Extra Strength 5% lidocaine?
Current bottles are labeled 3.5%. Older packaging and some retail copy still say 5%, which is why you'll see both figures online; go by the label on the bottle you receive.
Is the 4.4 oz Extra Strength a smaller version of the 8.25 oz?
No. The 4.4 oz is a spray gel with its own ingredient list and a spray applicator; the 8.25 oz is the pour-bottle lubricant. Same strength, different formula and format.
Can I use it with condoms?
Condom compatibility hasn't been confirmed for each version. Don't assume it from the water base; follow the compatibility statement on the version you buy.
