Choose the Flexfit 6277 for a closed-back stretch fit. Choose the Yupoong 6606 for a mesh-back cap with an adjustable snap. Both have structured, six-panel, mid-profile crowns and curved Permacurv bills. The 6606 is not a foam-front, flat-bill cap.

When the fitted 6277 makes sense
The Flexfit 6277 Wooly Combed Cap is a straightforward choice if you like a solid back without a strap or opening. Its stretch fit still requires a suitable size: flexibility does not make a tight cap the right size.
The standard fabric is a polyester, cotton and spandex blend with a wool-like finish. “Wooly” does not mean the cap is made of wool. Specialty fabric versions can differ.

The S/M and L/XL ranges overlap. If you already wear a comfortable fitted cap, use its size as a starting point, then check the new cap's fit. Do not buy a painfully tight cap expecting it to break in.
When the adjustable 6606 makes sense
The Yupoong 6606 Retro Trucker Cap combines a structured front with mesh back panels and a snap closure. Choose it if you want that trucker look and the ability to change the band setting.
The mesh makes the back more open than the 6277's solid fabric. Comfort still depends on fit, conditions and personal preference; neither cap guarantees a cool or pressure-free day.
For a group order, adjustable sizing can simplify the selection, but check the stated range against the people who will wear it. One sample is more useful than assuming one size will suit everyone.
Prefer a solid back panel with an adjuster?
The 6277 Adjustable is a separate option. It combines a structured wooly-combed style with a snapback and Flexfit technology. It should not be confused with the standard closed-back 6277.
Choose between the actual fit systems: closed stretch fit, mesh snapback, or solid-fabric adjustable. The shared brand name does not make them interchangeable.
Before decorating a blank cap
Both models have a center seam across the front of their six-panel construction. Ask your decorator to confirm the design area, placement and method for your artwork.
Run a sample using the intended cap, thread or patch and equipment before ordering a large batch. A structured front helps hold the cap's shape; it does not guarantee a particular embroidery result.
Choose by the back, then check the fit
- Closed back: start with the fitted 6277 and select a size range.
- Mesh and adjustability: compare the 6606's snapback fit.
- Solid fabric with adjustment: look at the separate 6277 Adjustable.
Try the cap in its normal wearing position. Turn your head, look down and check for slipping or uncomfortable pressure. A different size or crown shape may work better than forcing the fit.
